About the Guarantee All Good Seats guarantees that the following will be true for all event tickets ordered through AllGoodSeats.com. All tickets are legitimate tickets, valid for entry. Unless otherwise noted as part of the ticket description, all the tickets sold on All Good Seats are guaranteed to be authentic tickets, valid for entry to the event the ticket is for. If the venue will not accept the ticket for entry, the purchaser must ship the unused tickets back as instructed in the email by All Good Seats. All Good Seats will investigate the incident to determine why the tickets were not accepted, and if All Good Seats finds that it was in error, the purchaser will be refunded the full cost of the tickets including shipping costs and service fees. All tickets we deliver will be the same, equal, or better than what was originally requested. If the purchaser does not receive the exact tickets he or she ordered, All Good Seats guarantees that the replacement tickets will be of equivalent or better value than the tickets originally requested. If purchaser complains that the tickets they received do not meet this criteria, and if the event has not yet occurred, and if All Good Seats determines in its sole discretion that the tickets are not adequate to fulfill its promise of equivalent or better tickets, All Good Seats may either provide the purchaser with equivalent or better tickets, or it may refund the purchase price of the tickets including shipping costs and service fees. In either case, purchaser must ship the tickets back as instructed by All Good Seats in a prompt manner to be eligible for a refund or new tickets. If the event has already occurred, All Good Seats may provide the purchaser with a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the purchaser must ship the unused tickets back to All Good Seats as instructed by AllGoodSeats.com All tickets will be delivered in a timely manner. All deliveries are made to the billing address of the purchaser. We guarantee that the tickets will be shipped to the purchaser in sufficient time so that at least one delivery attempt will be made before the event occurs. If the event occurs and no delivery attempt has been made, All Good Seats will coordinate with the selling broker to issue the purchaser a refund of the cost of the tickets including shipping costs and service fees. The purchaser is responsible for making himself or herself available to receive delivery of the tickets when a delivery attempt is made. If purchaser cannot be available to receive delivery, purchaser shall contact and coordinate with Federal Express, or whatever other delivery company All Good Seats might use for the purchaser's order, to make alternate delivery or pickup arrangements. If an event is permanently canceled, a refund will be issued. If an event is permanently canceled, All Good Seats will coordinate with the selling broker to provide the purchaser a full refund of the ticket price including any service fees. AllGoodSeats.com may require the purchaser to return the tickets to be eligible for this refund. | ||||||
